A Girl in Every Port, now in colour!

Spent pretty much most of last week colouring this strip, I'm quite happy with the results but may still play around with some bits.

Several of the panels are meant to be flash backs so I might try some effect to suggest this, maybe fade the colours a bit. I thought about sepia tones but although it's a flashback it's still set in the future, sepia doesn't make sense in that case...

The Man in Room Four

You lucky things! I give you 'The Man in Room Four' written and Illustrated by myself and coloured by the fantastic Finn Cramb. I can't express how much Finn's colouring has impressed me. There is a post below with a panel from this story I tried to colour myself and as I said there, Finn's colours totally outclass everything I did on the story.

If you like what you see you can contact Finn at inkinmyfingernails@hotmail.com

This was the first time I'd ever used a brush pen and I've not looked back since then. I found that by simply using a different pen, there was a whole new expression to the line. I just wish I'd listened to everyone earlier when they said I should be using brush pens!

Anyway, here you go.

A Girl in Every Port

I've been a bit quiet of late as I've spent the last two weeks working on this story. I came across the script written by Emmet Fagan on the Millarworld forums and was blown away by how clever and funny it was. Anyway, here's the B&W pages. I'm going to attempt colouring this one myself amd will post the results...

And a little something else. Here's the poster that goes in the gap on the last panel of page 2.
